1. What is the Ambassador of Good Hair program?
The Ambassador of Good Hair program is a referral program that allows Sublime clients to act as ambassadors to the general public. This is possible because Sublime clients represent style and beauty in our area. Because of this, they are often called upon to be "Ambassadors" of the salon, referring others where they see the need.
2. How are Ambassadors compensated ?
You receive 2000 points for each person you refer to Sublime.
3. How do points relate to dollars?
1000 POINTS EQUALS 10 DOLLARS. So for each referral you receive 2000 points which equals 20 dollars.
4. How can I use points?
You can use points for ANYTHING in the salon. Services and products can be purchased with points. You use these points at check out instead of real dollars.
5. How can I easily refer my friends and others?
We provide Ambassador referral cards.When checking out at Sublime, we give each client a few of these cards. These cards have your name and the name of your stylist on the card. Give these cards out. When the new client calls in to make an appointment, we ask them how they were referred. If they have the card , they will have your name, and you will get the points.
6. Do they have to see the same stylist for me to receive points?
No. They can see anyone in the salon. They must actually come in the salon and spend money before the points are added to your account.
7. Is there a limit to how many points I can get from referrals?
No. There is no limit. You will receive 2000 points for every client you refer.
