Connect program
Sublime now offers a student “Connect program” to cosmetology students to support their decision to enter our industry. This program allows them to connect
with a salon and understand what their career will be like after finishing cosmetology school. This program at Sublime involves personal invitations to and
participation in many of Sublime’s ongoing educational classes and salon events. This program allows students to get their foot in the door and see how the
industry really works while still in school. This is not a paid position. Involvement in this program may open doors to employment at Sublime, starting at
the assistant level. This may also lead to an invitation to join our Apprenticeship/Training program which would put you on the fast track to becoming a
successful stylist at Sublime.
Requirements:
1. Current enrollment in cosmetology school.
2. Complete online application.
3. Pass Sublime's interview process.
4. Fully support program with attendance and participation in events.
Benefits:

2. Head on start on learning from the inside of a salon.
3. Full understanding of "Full Service Salons".
4. Possible future employment.
5. Possible invitation to training program and fast track to becoming a stylist.
